Dear colleges numismatists, I like to exchange coins, however it is not easy to send coins from Serbia to other countries. There are two ways to do it:
1. not legally by lying in post office about shipment (risky)
2. legally, which takes 4-5 weeks for the coins to be sent.
When sending legally, the Ministry of Culture of Serbia needs to approve the export of the coins. They do it after an experts opinion (a museum archeologist's opinion). This takes 4-5 weeks. I'm sorry but i don't have times for these things.
Due to all of this, my shipping costs are around 10eur, therefore I prefer to exchange coins that exceeds at least 40 euros of worth .
I don't send silver coins to other countries (it is not legal).
